egzt clothing returns are accepted. 
An item can be exchanged once free of charge, but all return shipment costs remain the customers’ duty.

In order to return the received clothes, please contact egzotiqueorders@gmail.com.
We accept returns only by postmachines.
Returns are possible when the product is not worn, has all the tags and has a commercial appearance, which we evaluate upon receipt. The return deadline is 14days.
The amount for selected additional engraved initials is non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Returns from non-EU countries
If you want to return goods from non-EU countries – please contact us by email/phone regarding the return procedure. Only if you do not follow our proposed return procedure, which we will share personally – will we have to apply a 30% customs fee. We deduct this fee upon receipt of the item in good condition, when we issue a refund. All shipping costs in the case of a return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund. The money is returned to the specified bank account of the buyer within two weeks from the date of filling out the return form.

Physical gift vouchers are sent within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Virtual gift vouchers are sent to the specified email within/within 24 hours. from the payment made. (if not received, we recommend checking the SPAM section of the e-mail).
We ship our physical products with full, festive packaging, so you won’t have to worry about packaging in case of an occasion. This also applies to gift vouchers.

Personalization – engraved initials. When ordering products already available on site and choosing additional engraved initials, the delivery time may last +1-2 days, due to the additional engraving process. In a hurry, we suggest that you contact us for a specific delivery-shipment date before placing your order.

GIFT CARDS

Physical GIFT CARDS are sent within 2-3 business days of making a payment.
Virtual gift cards are sent to the email within 24 hours of making a payment. We ship our products and gift cards in full packaging, so you won’t have to worry about it.
• Gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Gift card amount is for all items except shipping.
• If the product purchased with a gift card is returned, a new gift card with the same amount will be issued.
· This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
• If the purchase price of a product is less than the value of a gift certificate used for redemption, the residual amount balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If expiration date is finished, gift voucher can be extended by paying 20% of the value of the voucher.
• If the product purchased with the gift voucher did not fit, we offer 1 exchange. In order to return the exchanged product, the amount of the gift voucher is non-refundable. If the validity period of the voucher would be still active, we will extend (1 time) its validity until the original validity date for a new purchase. If the validity period of the check has expired – the check is no longer active.

CUSTOMIZED DRESS PROJECTS

Currently Egzt art house does not offer this service and invites you to choose handmade, limited edition Egzt clothes available in the online store.

OTHER TAX OBLIGATIONS

Orders shipped outside of Lithuania may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; egzotique has no control over these charges, nor can egzotique predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

We reserve the right to cancel the order if the price of the ordered goods was incorrect or if we no longer have it in stock. In this case we immediately will inform you via email. Also, we cannot make sure that the color of the product in the photos corresponds to the color of the product in reality, depending on the image settings of mobile devices, tablets and computers.
